"Beauty is not what's on the inside or the outside, it's the moment captured when you are at your best."

Natural beauty doesn't mean that you simply do not wear make-up. It is about making the most of your assets, learning how to tone down and present flaws well and having a beautiful personality. Anyone can achieve natural beauty by simply changing their lifestyle around.

Part 1: Maintain Your Body Health

We have all heard that what we put in our body presents itself on the outside. This is true! Eating healthy by consuming fresh fruits, vegetables and eating whole grains. You will have more energy and a better skin complexion. Limit how much fat and sugar you intake.

Drink plenty of water! Water flushes toxins from the body and gives you a better skin complexion. Get plenty of fresh air and exercise regularly!

Last but not least, make sure you are getting plenty of sleep. Getting at least eight hours of sleep rejuvenates the body and prevents dark circles around the eyes.

Part 2: Beauty Regime

Every woman should know what is best for their body. What kind of skin do you have? What texture is your hair? Write down how your body responds to beauty products. Once you know what works best for your body and skin, you can develop a beauty regime that keeps you looking beautiful naturally.

Exfoliating your skin removes dead cells and gives you a healthy glow. Do this at least twice a  week but no more than that as it can cause breakouts! Washing your face with lukewarm to cold water makes it more pink for a blushing effect. Moisture your skin daily and protect yourself from the sun with sunscreen.

We, as woman, are very harmful to our hair with chemicals and heat. This can cause our hair to become damaged and brittle. Take good care of your hair by using sulfate-free products when washing and conditioning and rinse with lukewarm to cold water to maintain shine and reduce frizz. Make sure to keep your hair moisturized and trimmed to get rid of split ends to help hair growth.

I know you guys were probably wondering when I was going to talk about make-up. You do not want to use more of it but less! Heavy make-up hides true beauty and can ultimately lead to breakouts. Keeping your skin cleansed and moisturized will keep you looking smooth and clear. Skip the foundation unless your really need it and add a little blush to the apples of your cheeks and chap-stick/lip gloss to the lips to keep them lush looking.

Challenge yourself! Go without make-up for a few days to give your skin a chance to breathe. Trust me. It will help (;

Part 3: Have a Naturally Beautiful Attitude

Count your blessings instead of your hardships. This will help you keep a positive attitude and a better perspective of your future. It takes more muscles to frown than to smile!

Be confident! Tell yourself that you are beautiful and believe in it! Try everyday to be happy with who you are and do not compare yourself to others as it can drain self-esteem. Always be happy with who you are, who you were in the past and who you will be in the future.

Wear clothes that flatter your body and that you feel good in. This does not mean copying every trend out there. Wear what you like and what you feel comfortable in. Do you have a pair of jeans that shows off those hips? A dress that hits your curves just right? Throw it on! You'll feel better and look good too.

It doesn't take much to be naturally beautiful but it is something that you have to continuously work on. Putting in a weeks effort isn't going to change you overnight. Don't worry! The world was not created in a day (:
